Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order
All orders ship free within the United States. We currently don't ship to international addresses or APO/FPO addresses.

Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.

Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive it.

Multiple packages
If you order more than one item, your items may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we'll do our best to help.

Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days at support@hallrack.com with your order number. We'll work with you on a replacement.
